In Holland, where I was born and raised, we are big on designer fragrances. With France and Italy right nearby, the latest high-end designer brands were easy to find. I honestly don't remember a day that I left the house without smelling amazing. Now that I'm in California, I find that not all department stores carry my favorite perfumes, making it sometimes challenging to get my go-to brands. To me, this is the ultimate feminine scent and it has become my new signature
fragrance. The Certified Fragrance Specialists at Luxury Scent Box actually recommended Chloé to me. They had me do a survey to match me with the perfect fragrance, and boy were they right. I am really picky when it comes to fragrances, but I can honestly say that this is my new go-to perfume. The floral combination of peonies and magnolias is beautiful, and its woodsy undertone almost acts like a powder on your skin. Throughout the day, I would catch pleasant whiffs of this perfume and it would just bring a smile to my face. Although I carried the convenient 9-mL travel atomizer in my purse, I never had to use it throughout the day, because the scent doesn't wear off. Luxury Scent Box provides its subscribers with a one-month supply of perfume, but I can tell that mine will last a lot longer. I find Chloé ideal for daytime, because it's light and clean, and not overpowering. Whether you are in the office or out lunching or shopping, it won't disappoint. Expect to get many compliments. Fragrance Tips
Did you know that if your skin is very dry, it can make a fragrance fade quicker? When the professionals at Luxury Scent Box informed me of this, it explained so much. In the past, I had many fragrances that would just fade after an hour or so. I always thought it was the scent itself and never though my skin would be to blame. LSB recommends using scentless lotion to moisturize skin before applying a fragrance. In addition to doing this, I also upped the amount of water I drink throughout the day. I truly think it made a difference.
