On a Budget? Lala Daisy to the Rescue!

Hi BFFs! Hope your week is going well. Mine is fabulous and starting off with lots of new goodies that I can't wait to show you! The Lala Daisy giveaway was a great success and I am so happy to be able to spoil you guys a little since you mean so much to me. xo

In this blog, I will be showing you some new products that I received from Lala Daisy. I've already been testing some of them and can't wait to do my full review video. If you are new to laladaisy.com... It's a website where you can order high-end beauty products for up to 60% off the retail price. Brands you might be using right now, you will be able to find here for much cheaper. I am all about discounts and affordable beauty, so make sure to check out laladaisy.com. If you are anything like me, you will adore the products and love the affordable prices. Also with my code 'kimberlyloveslala' you can get even more $$$ off.

Enough talking... let me show you just a few of the items you can find on the website.

PUR Minerals - Love Your Selfie 2 (Day to Night Palette)

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw my demo using this palette. When I first saw the box, I fell in love with it, because it's so sparkly and glamorous and you guys know I love me some glitter! This palette has everything you need in one place. It contains 8 eye shadows, a mascara, lip gloss, lip pencil, baking powder, highlighter and bronzer. It also comes with a handy insert that shows you how you can create a daytime and nighttime look using the palette. I found this palette to be true to color, which means that the color you see in the palette actually looks the same on your skin. I've only used it once so far but look forward to creating more looks with it.

The Balm - Put a Lid on It & Meet Matt(e) Hughes

I am a sucker for a good eyelid primer so when I saw this one I couldn't wait to try it. At first I applied way too much of the primer (which my Instagram demo video didn't show). I had to remove it because a little goes a long way with this product! This is great because the primer will last a long time. It wasn't sticky like some other primers I've used and after applying it, I just forgot about it. My eye shadow sat very nicely on it.

I have yet to try the Meet Matt(e) Hughes long-lasting liquid lipstick, but I love the name. How cute! The shade I receiveed is called 'Charming' and I will report back in my YouTube Video to let you know whether this lippie is a yay or a nay!

GrandeLASH - Grande Mascara

Although I used this mascara during my Instagram video, I only applied a thin coat, because I was also applying falsies. This mascara on its own is supposed to give extreme volume and length to your lashes. You all know I love a gorgeous lash, so I am absolutely going to do a before and after take to see if this mascara makes my lashes stand out. Not to worry, I will report back! Love that it's not tested on animals and made with natural ingredients.

Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics - Mineral Radiance ighlighter /Blush & Lipstick

I've tried this brand before and wear their blush on a daily basis. The mineral radiance compact contains a light-infused highlighter and blush. It has four different shades in it, and unfortunately the packaging doesn't specify which is which. If you are new to makeup I can see how this could be frustrating. However, if you sweep over the shades with your finger, you can clearly separate the highlight and blush shades.

I have yet to try the Youngblood Lipstick, which was in the shade Dragon Fruit. Check my coming video for that.

Peter Thomas Roth - 24K Gold Hydra-Gel Eye Patches

I know many of you are big fans of this brand and so am I. If these eye patches work as good as they look, I won't complaint! The gold packaging instantly caught my eye. These patches are supposed to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and crow's feet and firm up the under-eye area. The delicate under-eye area is the first to show signs of aging, so taking good care of it is essential. I can't wait to try these to see if they will become part of my skin care routine. Stay tuned BFFs.

Cellex-C Advanced-C Skin Tightening Cream

I did some research on this brand since I wasn't familiar with it. I am super excited to have discovered it through my collab with Lala Daisy. The reviews are raving and so positive. I cannot wait to try it. This cream is said to dramatically reduce signs of aging, fine lines, wrinkles, age spots and sagging skin. OK I know what you are thinking... You don't have that many lines, wrinkles or aging skin issues Kim.... I think it's mainly genetics followed by good skin care. (My dad seriously looks 20 years younger than he is and my mom is often mistaken for my sister) Since moving form rainy Holland (Europe) to sunny California, the sun really can take a toll. I have a few sun spots that I pretend are just freckles since my dermatologist told me not to worry about them because they look just like freckles. Also fine lines under my eye are sometimes very prominent, especially when I lack of sleep. Either way, I like being proactive and staying ahead of the aging process by using the best skin care possible. (I might do a blog or video just about my morning and evening skin care routine #goals) I will report back on my thoughts about this cream in my coming YouTube review video.

IMAGE Skincare - Clear Cell Restoring Serum & Biomoleculer Anti-Aging Radiance Mask

So excited about these items because I am loving the IMAGE eye gel that I received from Lala Daisy last time. I am still raving about it because I saw an instant difference. The serum sounds like it's good for acne-prone skin because it can reduce inflammation and appearance of irritation. It also reduces shine and sebum and minimizes pores. When my adult acne started in my early 20s my skin was super greasy and this serum sounds like it could've helped with that. As for the mask, I might demo it on my Instagram, so make sure to watch for that.

Well BFFs, there you have it. I cannot wait to report back in my YouTube video to let you guys know my findings. As you know, I will tell it like it is. Make sure to check my Instagram, because that's where I'll announce as soon as the video is up. A big thank you to Lala Daisy for all these goodies and for helping me find some brands that I otherwise probably wouldn't have found.
