NO THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK!!! I'm making my own lipstick and tinted lip balm. In this week's video I am showing you step-by-step how you can do it too. I decided to make this super easy DIY because I found that I was throwing out and wasting a lot of almost-empty lipstick containers. For all you makeup lovers out there... You know how that can get pricey, especially if you have a lot of high-end lippies. I should warn that once you start doing this, you might get slighly addicted because there are so many pretty lipstick colors just waiting for you to descover them.
