By purchasing services from Kimberly Worldwide, Inc., you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Kimberly Worldwide, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

This document comprises a legal agreement between Kimberly Worldwide, Inc. (“us”, “our”, or “Kimberly Worldwide”) and any customer of Kimberly Worldwide, Inc. (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”).


Payments accepted by Kimberly Worldwide, Inc. include Paypal payments paid to or payments by check made out to Kimberly Worldwide, Inc..


Payment for services provided by any of the subsidiaries of Kimberly Worldwide, Inc. must be

made in full before production and postings will take place. If agreed on full/partial payment after postings, payment will be due within 24 hours after going live. These payment terms are not negotiable unless differently agreed upon by the parties involved. 


If payment doesn't occur as agreed upon, Kimberly Worldwide, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue and/or remove any and all active promotions and will also notify those who were exposed to the promotion(s) of the default be it by placing a visible notification header on the blog/post/promo or through separate posting(s). 


Upon receipt of payment and product(s), turnaround time for production is 30 days unless

differently agreed upon by the parties involved. If expedited service is desired, the designated fee

for this must also be paid in full before production starts. 


Kimberly Worldwide, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue any collaboration without any prior



The services provided by Kimberly Worldwide, Inc. do not guarantee sales or monetary gain. Once production has started, and also after services have been executed, Kimberly Worldwide, Inc. does

not provide refunds and you forfeit the amount paid.

If Kimberly Worldwide, Inc., by their own action or due to circumstances beyond the control of Kimberly Wordwide, Inc. has to cancel or reschedule a promotion, you may elect to

1) get a full refund of the monies paid

2) apply the monies paid to a future promotion
